Effective 28 October 2026. Med Spa Guide (medspaguide.co.uk) is operated by Winback Engine (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What Med Spa Guide is

Med Spa Guide is an independent directory of aesthetic clinics and med spas — injectables, laser and skin treatments, body contouring and medical wellness. We collect publicly available information — mostly from each clinic’s own website and booking pages — and link to our sources. We are not a medical provider, we don’t provide or recommend any treatment, we don’t take bookings or payments, and we are not a party to anything you arrange with a clinic.

Not medical advice

Nothing on Med Spa Guide is medical advice, a diagnosis or a recommendation that a treatment is right or safe for you. Injectables, lasers, weight-loss medications, IV therapy, hormone therapy and other treatments carry real risks. Talk to a qualified, registered healthcare professional about your own situation before any treatment. If you need urgent medical help, call NHS 111, and in an emergency call 999. Please don’t send us health information.

Information is shown as published, and can be wrong or out of date

Hours, prices, services, providers, medical oversight, photos and policies change. We show each detail as the clinic or the named source published it, with the source and the date we checked it, but we can’t guarantee it is accurate, current or complete. Always confirm with the clinic before booking.

We don’t verify registrations or credentials

Where a clinic names its medical director, lists practitioner credentials (for example doctor, nurse prescriber or dentist) or states a registration (for example CQC, Save Face or JCCP), we repeat what it publishes. We don’t verify professional registrations, accreditations, training, insurance, regulatory compliance or safety records, and we never infer credentials. You can check a practitioner yourself on the GMC ↗, NMC ↗, GDC ↗ or GPhC ↗ register, and a clinic’s registration on the CQC website ↗.

No endorsement, no invented ratings

Being listed is not an endorsement, a quality rating, or a statement that a clinic is registered, compliant or safe. The trust check shows which details we could confirm from public sources; a missing item means we couldn’t confirm it, not that a clinic is bad. We don’t write reviews or star ratings and we don’t copy them from other platforms — we link to them.

Featured clinics

Some owner-verified clinics are Featured. Featured clinics have had a call with Winback Engine about its customer-reactivation service and may be Winback Engine customers. They carry a visible “Featured” label and can appear first in the default sort. Featuring never changes a clinic’s trust check, oversight details, prices, photos or review links. Photos, names and logos

Photos are credited and linked to where they were published, usually the clinic’s own website. Business names and logos are shown only to identify the business and belong to their owners. We don’t show photos that are AI-generated or scraped from map services, and we don’t copy before-and-after galleries.

If you own a photo, or you’re pictured in one, and want it removed, use the “Request removal” link on the photo or email hello@medspaguide.co.uk with the page link and your connection to the photo. We aim to remove it within 2 working days. You don’t need to prove anything for a removal; we’d rather take a photo down than keep one someone objects to.

Clinic owners who claim a profile can choose to let us display photos from their website and social accounts. By ticking that box you confirm you own or have the rights to those photos and grant Med Spa Guide a free, non-exclusive licence to display them on your profile and in links to it. You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us, and we’ll take the photos down.

Other corrections and removals

Anyone can suggest a correction from any clinic profile. Owners can claim their listing for free. To ask us to remove a listing or any other content, email hello@medspaguide.co.uk.

Your submissions

When you submit a claim, correction or new clinic, you confirm the information is accurate and that you’re allowed to share it. We review submissions before anything changes on a public listing and may decline or edit them. Don’t submit anything unlawful, misleading, that you don’t have the right to share, or that contains patient or health information.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no scraping at volume, no attempts to break security, no impersonating a clinic owner or provider, and no automated submissions.

Links to other sites

We link to clinic websites, booking tools, review platforms, professional registers and social accounts. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, prices or practices.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for anything arising from a treatment, booking or business you find through the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can’t be limited by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
