WHY MED SPA GUIDE

Facts first.
Then book a consultation.

Letting someone inject your face or point a laser at your skin is a medical decision. Most people start by asking a friend. Med Spa Guide is for when you don’t have one to ask — or want to double-check the name you were given. We show what you can verify for yourself: who the clinic says is in charge, prices with their unit, review sources, photos and hours. No invented ratings, and anything Featured is clearly labelled.

Med Spa Guide helps people find aesthetic clinics and med spas in London — injectables, laser and skin treatments, body contouring and medical wellness such as IV therapy, medical weight loss and hormone therapy — compare their published details, and contact them directly. We are not a medical provider and nothing here is medical advice.

A first collection, with room to grow.

Our collection includes 103 physical locations across 52 London neighbourhoods. It is a researched starting point, not a complete inventory of London clinics. Owner-verified profiles are marked individually after review.

Where the details come from.

We use first-party clinic websites and booking links published by the business. Every profile links to its sources and shows when we checked them. A source-check date does not mean the clinic updated the page that day.

We keep separate branches as separate locations. Published opening hours use London time; they do not guarantee consultation availability. Unknown hours stay unknown. Map pins and distances are geocoded from each clinic’s published street address, so they are approximate. Your location is only used in your browser to sort by distance — it is never sent to us. Initials appear when we have not sourced a usable business logo.

Medical oversight, as published.

Where a clinic names its medical director, lists its practitioners’ credentials (for example doctor, nurse prescriber, dentist or pharmacist prescriber) or states a registration (for example CQC, Save Face or JCCP), we show exactly what it publishes, with a link to the page and the date we checked. We never infer credentials and we don’t verify registrations, training or safety. When a clinic doesn’t publish this, the profile says so. You can check a practitioner on the GMC ↗, NMC ↗, GDC ↗ or GPhC ↗ register, and a clinic’s registration with the Care Quality Commission ↗.

Prices, with their unit.

Prices come from the clinic’s own menu and keep their unit — per area, per ml, per syringe, per session or per course. Prices are in pounds sterling. “From” means a starting price. Membership, new-client and promotional prices are excluded from price comparisons. Your total depends on the product, the number of areas or amount you need and the number of sessions, so confirm at your consultation.

Products and devices.

When a clinic names the products or devices it uses (for example a specific filler, skin booster or laser), we list those names so you can compare like with like. UK advertising rules don’t allow prescription-only medicines to be promoted to the public, so we don’t name them. Listing a product name is not an endorsement by us or by its maker. Names belong to their respective owners.

Photos of the clinic.

Photos come from official clinic websites or linked booking profiles. We label interiors, exteriors, treatment rooms and team photos separately, and link every image to its source. We don’t copy before-and-after galleries. Images may show an earlier appearance of the space. Owners can request a replacement or removal through the correction form.

Reviews, with their sources.

Profiles link to matching review pages where we can identify them. We don’t copy star ratings or review counts from other platforms — we link to them, so you always read the current reviews in their own context. Clinic-selected testimonials are labelled separately from independent reviews. Follow the original links to read recent feedback.

Social accounts.

Social links come from clinic websites or matching booking profiles, each with its source and check date. We distinguish accounts for an individual clinic from shared brand accounts. Social posts are the clinic’s own marketing.

What a listing means.

Inclusion is not an endorsement, partnership, quality rating or statement that a clinic is registered or safe. We don’t invent reviews, star ratings, credentials or prices. Business names and logos identify the clinics and belong to their respective owners.

Some owner-verified clinics are Featured. Featured clinics have spoken with Winback Engine, the company behind Med Spa Guide, about its customer-reactivation service, and may be Winback Engine customers. Featured clinics carry a “Featured” label and can appear first in the default sort. Featuring never changes a clinic’s trust check, oversight details, prices, photos or review sources, and every other sort and filter works exactly the same for every clinic.

For clinic owners.

Claim requests and suggested corrections are free. Requests are held for review; submitting a form does not change a public profile or prove ownership. Ownership should be established through a business contact that was independently published before the request.

Why Winback Engine?

This directory is a Winback Engine project. Alongside helping people compare local clinics, we want to meet business owners who need help reconnecting with past patients. Owners can choose to ask about that service. It is separate from a free directory listing.
